At The Prep, we all know the importance of looking after our physical and mental health and when a friend breaks a leg, has a bad cold or twists an ankle, it can be easy to see ways to help.
It can be more difficult to see who needs support with their mental health; sometimes people feel more anxious than usual, worried or sad, but with no outwards signs like crutches or a bandage, it can be harder to know who might appreciate some extra support.
With that in mind, why not try treating everyone with extra KINDNESS? You really can make a difference.
