Lysander, in Year 3, has spent time thinking and discussing at home what it means to feel a variety of emotions. Being in tune with how you feel can often be the key in achieving a positive wellbeing.

Knowing what emotion you are feeling and taking time to consider why you are experiencing ‘that’ feeling is definitely a mature and worthwhile skill to develop. 

Remember, the only person you can never escape from is yourself. So, take time to really know yourself.
